Nectarine, Apricot, Fresh Honey, Green Apple on the nose, with light and fresh minimality, rose petal and very strong acid to finish on the palate, light-bodied.

Winemaker Notes

Whole cluster pressed and fermented to dryness in chilled Stainless Steel, 2020 Albarino saw 8 months of aging in Stainless Steel barrels pre-bottle. A high retention of acid and a cool fermentation produces a foundation for the sharp floral and mineral aroma.
