Green apple, mint tea, geranium on the nose. High acid over light-bodied structure. Low astringency and bitterness. Quick finish.
Hand-sorted, pressed whole cluster. Fermented in 100% stainless steel barrel, malolactic fermentation inhibited for increased acidity. Aged for 12 months on lees in stainless steel. Exhibiting slow maturation in the vineyard, Albarino remained the last varietal to be harvested in 2022, completed on October 31st. Bottle age 1 year.
