Winemaker Notes

Hand-sorted, pressed whole cluster. Fermented in 100% stainless steel barrel, malolactic fermentation inhibited for increased acidity. Aged for 9 months on lees in stainless steel. The Albarino, harvested October 2nd, ripened quickly as per the heated summer months throughout 2023. Exhibits established characteristics - high acid and strong mouth-feel. Bottle age 1 yr.
