Tasting Notes

Dark chocolate, tobacco, cloves on the nose. Red cherry, rosemary, black pepper, candied nuts on the palate. Heavy-bodied with bright acidity. Fruit-forward and low astringency. Quick finish. 

Winemaker Notes

Varietals fermented separately, blended 6 months pre-bottle. This blend is 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Malbec, 23% Tempranillo, 15% Syrah. All varietals aged in neutral oak 21 months, aged 6 months with medium-toast French oak granular adjunct. . Bottle age 3-5 years.
