Tasting Notes

Orange Blossom, slate (minerality), agave on the nose. Stone-minerality, banana, and grapefruit over a lasting, acidic finish on the palate. Light-bodied with slight astringency.

Revieved 2023 LA Wine Show - Silver Award

Whole cluster pressed and fermented to dryness in moderate heat, the brief maceration that the fruit received allotted the Malbec Rose a deep copper shade. Malolactic fermentation inhibited to increase acidity. Aged for 8 months in Stainless Steel on lees.
