Blackberry, cranberry, soft leather, black pepper on the nose. Cocoa, cranberry apple crisp, and subtle vanilla notes over a balanced and tannic mouthfeel give a long, fruit finish on the palate.

Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed, 2018’s Malbec was fermented warm with punch-downs twice a day. Aged for 45 months in neutral oak. Careful attention concerned the stability of its color, retaining a bright garnet hue over the course of aging. Steadfast in youthful fruit, bottling aging will see benefit to its structure and palate.
