Black cherry, vanilla, hazelnut. Light-bodied, well-integrated tannins and phenolics. Round mouthfeel, light acid. Lasting finish.
Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed. Composed of clones 115 & Pommard. Fermented in moderate heat with punchdowns twice daily. Aged for 47 months in neutral oak. 2021’s Pinot Noir 115 & Pommard is light-bodied with gentle tannin, concurrent with the length of time spent aging in new oak (25%). Subtle browning is noted as oxygen has slowly begun to transform fruit aromas towards softer, more complex notes. Bottle age 3-4 years.
