Tasting Notes

Black cherry, Anise, figs. medium-bodied, well-integrated tannins and phenolics. Sharp mouthfeel and heavy structure, light acid. Lasting finish.

Winemaker Notes

Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed. Composed of clone Pommard. Fermented in moderate heat with punchdowns twice daily. Aged for 43 months in neutral oak. 2022’s Pinot Noir Pommard is medium-bodied with gentle tannin, concurrent with the length of time spent aging in neutral oak. Bottle age 3-4 years.
