Winemaker Notes

Blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Malbec

Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed, this blend is 50% Tempranillo and 50% Malbec. Co-fermented and blended pre-alcoholic fermentation. Aged 30 months in neutral oak. This blend merges varietals in aim to balance both Tempranillo’s bold and austere mouthfeel with the fruit-forward nature of Malbec. Bottle age 5-6 years.
